Sassi Chamberlain Architects provide building monitoring services including building perforamnce assessment in respect of

- thermal comfort
- natural lighting design
- occupants' comfort.
We have worked for the past ten years monitoring buildings for the Welsh Development Agency and Welsh Assembly Goverment to evaluate the success of the energy efficiency strategy and the occupants' comfort levels and satisfaction.
The monitoring results were used by the Welsh Development Agency to inform designers of energy efficient building techniques and were presented at a number of international conferences.
