Designing buildings that can be dismantled is thought to have a number of practical advantages including providing flexibility of use, ease of maintenance or ease of construction. Finding out just what these benefits are and how designers can take advantages of these is the aim of the research outlined in this website and funded by the RIBA Research Trust.
